Robert Boyett

Co-Founder

With over 12 years of operations leadership for Fortune 500 companies, Robert Boyett built a reputation for turning complex operational challenges into measurable results. He ran large-scale call center operations for names like Capital One and DirecTV, developing deep expertise in workforce management, contact center operations, and performance-driven leadership. His ability to see beyond the spreadsheet and build systems that actually move the needle led him to work side-by-side with Jonathan Johnson through much of their careers, planning systems together, with Jonathan planning the approach and building the tools and Robert operating them with his teams to validate their positive effects. This partnership led Robert and Jonathan to start discussing building a business of their own. Robert later took out his life savings to leave Sitel and spent the next year establishing a plan to start a business. That led to the day Robert called up Jonathan and said "It's time!" Intellivega was co-founded by Robert and Jonathan right there in June of 2017.

Jonathan Johnson

Co-Founder

For nearly two decades, Jonathan Johnson built a reputation as the person who could walk into a broken operation and leave it running like a machine. As a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he spent years embedded inside Fortune 500 operations, driving waste elimination, performance optimization, and process innovation at scale. His crowning achievement before co-founding Intellivega was designing a performance management platform that transformed operations at the Sitel San Angelo site, proving that the right data, presented the right way, changes how people work. In 2017, Jonathan partnered with Robert Boyett to co-found Intellivega with a singular mission: give businesses of every size access to the kind of analytical horsepower previously reserved for corporate giants.

Eduardo Palacios

Solutions Designer

Eduardo Palacios has been a pivotal member of the team for two years, specializing in Excel and Google Sheets with a focus on creating innovative projects that leverage Power Query and API integrations. His expertise in macro scripting has significantly contributed to automating complex file processes, enhancing overall efficiency. Eduardo's skills in developing custom solutions have enabled the seamless integration of data workflows, driving operational improvements across various projects.

Sharon Kirwa

Solutions Designer

Sharon Kirwa is a Solutions Designer at Intellivega, specializing in Power BI. With a Master's degree in Data Science and Analytics, Sharon brings a strong foundation in data analysis, transformation, and visualization. She has expertise in Power BI, DOMO, and Python, enabling her to deliver impactful business insights. She is passionate about leveraging data to solve real-world problems and continuously staying updated with the latest technologies and best practices in the analytics space.

Jeff is a full-stack web developer who earned a BSc in Computer Science from Angelo State University. He loves all aspects of web development but is especially passionate about making applications that are fast, accessible, easy to use, and look great.
